What are the office hours?

Mon-Fri: 8 am - 5 pm | Sat: 9am - 2pm
We are closed Sunday.
Appointments can be made outside of regular office hours.

What are the access hours?

5 am - 10 pm
This is for the safety and security of our tenants and their belongings. Should you require access beyond these hours, please call us for options.

Am I required to store long-term?

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. We require all tenants to carry insurance.

Can I use my private insurance?

Yes. You may provide your own homeowner, business, vehicle insurance policy information or you may purchase our store insurance beginning at $10/month for $2,000 coverage.

Do I need to book a unit in person?

We enjoy greeting our tenants and providing the best customer service possible! However, you may prefer to book your unit online and move in at your convenience without having to initiate any contact. If you reserve a unit in advance, online move in instructions will be sent to you the night before your requested move-in date.

Is there a reservation fee?

Due to availability and demand, 14x40 units require a $100 reservation fee to hold the unit. This $100 will be applied to your bill upon move-in.

What is charged at move in?

We do 1st of the month billing. This means everyone receives a monthly bill on the 1st. The rate at move-in is prorated for that month. We also charge a one time administrative fee of $25.

Do you provide locks?

Tenants are required to provide their own lock(s) for their unit. For your convenience we offer low cost lock items for purchase at our office. A company lock is on your unit at the time of move-in. A code to unlockand access your unit will be sent to you. Once you access your unit we ask that you return the company lock to the office or the dropbox located just outside the office.

How do I pay my storage bill?

You have several options! Autopay is available with debit or credit card as well as ACH payments online or in person, We also will take cash or check, however we do not keep cash on premises. If cash payment is not in exact amount we can apply the difference to the next months rent.

Can I store my vehicle?

Absolutely! Watercraft, vehicles, campers, RV's motorcycles, trailers jet skis,, snowmobiles, ATV/UTV's, tractors, mowers etc are all welcome.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
