The Fine Print
Units are pro-rated on the move-in only, not upon move-out. Units rented after the 21st of the month will be charged for the balance of the current month plus the following month.
A $25.00 one-time Administration Fee is required for all new rentals. American General Storage does not offer refunds on rentals or retail purchases.
Pricing reflects one month’s storage rent only. Unit sizes, prices and discounts are based on availability, and subject to change without notice. Additional requirements, restrictions and fees may apply. Free Autopay is highly recommended.
Advertised storage unit sizes are approximate and are intended for comparison only.
Online prices and specials are exclusive to new customers, select units, and initial advertised rental period.
Insurance coverage over stored belongings is required and available for purchase onsite, but not included in advertised prices.
Insurance is required for all tenants. You may purchase our tenant protection program from Safelease starting at $12.00.month for $2,000 coverage. Or you may opt out of Safelease by using your private homewoners/renters/vehicle/business insurance.
