Amazing facility this HAS to be the best facility in the northwest suburbs. Karen and Rick (owners) have been very helpful with any question I’ve had. This is an all concrete facility! why is that important because you will never have to work around guys seal coating the asphalt every year like you would at other facilities. I would highly recommend American General Storage for all your storage needs. I’m renting a 14x40 unit and it has storage defender on it so any time someone enters I get a text message so I feel comfortable storing valuable items!“

I recently had to find storage for all my college furniture. The complex is brand new which is really nice, and the prices are really affordable. Both the managers are extremely friendly and even helped me move all my furniture into the unit when I was struggling with some things. Highly recommend!“
